Snow blankets

Happy New Year from Giving Flowers.

The allotment and garden were transformed a few weeks back with a covering of snow bringing many plants into a sharper focus. Cornflowers, pictured here, are likely to be some of the earliest participants in our bouquets of 2026. We managed to create more than 70 bouquets last year of mixed size and content. We are hoping to extend our season this year with the greenhouse already nurturing sweet peas, Bishop's weed and snapdragon for earlier flowering.

We will be publishing our second newsletter soon with more information about our exciting plans for the coming year. Until then we would like to say a huge thank you to all that have supported Giving Flowers in so many ways over the last year. It has been hugely appreciated.
